One Pay Lease - 2020 Chevy Bolt Lease

Signing my first one-pay lease for a 2020 Chevy Bolt EV in Seattle area. I think I did ok.

Few questions -

  1. Is credit application necessary for a one-pay lease. (I have 820 FICO so not worried about the approval but I dont want an extra inquiry if its not necessary.)

  2. Does GM lease include GAP insurance? Is it a good idea to purchase a GAP insurance?

Must be too good to post the details, let me ask you this, if you had a $40k vehicle that I could lease from you, should you take my word that my credits are good and I’ll return it in one piece? Or return it at all? Rethink question number 1 and yes GM includes gap.
