Nope, funny enough this is not highly optioned. It’s a Premium+ without S-Sport, Dynamic Steering, or Nav so MRM isn’t an issue.
I’m sure this is going to get landfilled, but realistically what kind of brand new performance oriented car are you going to get for that price? Is the Civic Type R everyone cup of tea? No. A BMW 330i, Audi A4, & Mercedes-Benz C-Class at that price are going to be 4 cyl turbos and not be very engaging to drive.
