Man, if you wanna torture yourself just go find me a GT3RS or something. This site got you looking for loaner minivans…

There’s no good way to search for Porsches. Just keep harassing @wam22

You can get into a 911 GT3 tomorrow if you swap out all your BMW’s for a Toyota Sienna.

I told him that I’ll sell one of my rental houses if he gets me a GT3RS at MSRP. He left me on read… /sarcasm

Are you sure you have enough skill to even drive a GT3RS? I’ve seen your skill trying to negotiate leases, and everything just points to maybe you should stick with M Lites and minivans.

I got just the right amount of kids to be able to fit them into a 911 992.2 GTS… Minivans not needed!

Congratulations! Can you share dealership or contact person info? I would love to jump on the same car, same deal. DM is fine.

Hi,
Is this still available ? Please DM me.

Can I ask which dealer in WA? Thanks

Wow I am in WA and could not find good deals, could you let me know which dealer you got this deal from? I would appreciate that. I called 4 in WA and it hasn’t come close to your deal.

These ghetto wheels…

Not sure why you deleted your post?

Breakdown of rebates?

Thought lease support ended on 2023 XM

No it’s still there.

What do you think would be a reasonable discount on a 2023 with 13XX miles? The one in Alexandria was 35% off.

If only @li8625 spent less time on LH and more time pinging dealers for XM.

Was that after subtracting any purchase incentives from the advertised selling price?

I was under the assumption that all the incentives I qualified for were not included in the advertised selling price. I never had a chance to confirm that with a dealer or not.

Dealers behave in two distinct ways when listing prices on their website.

Initially, they’ll just show the MSRP, and leave it up to the buyer to figure out what rebates, discounts, etc need to be considered to achieve a transaction price.

But when dealers want to entice action on certain units, they’ll wildly swing the other way and bake in every single factory incentive, dealer cash, lease cash, EV cash, military, whatever discount they can drum up show the lowest possible price.

My gut is this BMW dealer chose the latter when showing pricing on this loaner XM.

Also, it sounds like you’d be interested in some sort of regulation around accurate disclosures as to which rebates, discounts, and incentives are included in an advertised price. Too bad such attempts at transparency are being challenged by NADA and certain state reps as being too difficult and too costly to implement.

Maybe not conditional rebates. But any universal purchase rebate is 99.99% guaranteed to be in the advertised selling price.
