A $70 a month Mercedes would just be ruined by everyone on the forum. The forum is too big and there’s too many uneducated people on here that a gold rush would just ruin opportunity for the savvy. It’s either a few eat or nobody eats at all — I would rather have a few savvy people at least get some opportunities.

I agree that there’s a lot of uneducated people here that ruin it. However, for those that get unicorn deals and just post a pic without any context of their deal is lame. Might as well just keep it to yourself.
Regardless, they already secured their deal anyway. What do they care if someone attempts to replicate or possibly do better.

Idk something about giving up 200k at 3.5% doesn’t feel right. If you had 200k cash could dump it into treasuries and your effective 3% or your old loan would be up .5%

I owed $60k on the 2023 and was going to pay it slowly over the next few months and keep money in high yield account but now I’ll just pull it out and pay it off and replenish later.
Monoblocks will be missed but will return in 2025 haha.
