You both could have handled it better - It’s the last day of the month, the first is a holiday, the second is the last day of all of these programs. No doubt OP is getting bombarded, and they’re not a vending machine to dispense what you want to know, even if they offered to help.
The clarification on profanity from the owners — I am the one who asked — is not to be profane AT anyone in the public form. OP could have expressed their exasperation differently but it’s within the spirit of the rules.
Suggest you read through the many, many, many posts in the past 60 days on this specific vehicle to structure your own deal. OP should be out for a drive in theirs.
