For someone who has just joined this site for just a little over a week now, u have been digging pretty deep into someones deal that he has shared with the community. Its totally fine if you dont believe him ( even though OP says that he has already shared his contract on signed deals), but now your just bashing him for the sake of nothing really.
I personally know someone who has signed a deal on similar unit for a lower payment than this so if you put the right amount of work in, you may be able to get urself something as well.

Yeah. Always ppl complaining cause they donāt get the deals. I post for my love of LH and yes sometimes to show off. EQS deals are deal, you cannot pick what you want with these cars.
