Don’t buy a car in a hurry, and you don’t need to play games with other dealers.
Also, if you broaden your search a bit more, you can usually find dealers who don’t try to play games with their customers and try to charge over MSRP.
Edit: Charging over MSRP for a new car is against the law in Canada. It’s a shame the US hasn’t adopted the same rules.

No, $10,000 rebate - no dealer cash. Anything beyond that is dealer discount. Mine is $10,000 rebate + 10.5% off. Many stores don’t match or exceed the discount equivalently. We dont try to make a bunch of money on S’s, we just try to move them to help the overall sales numbers.

Unsure of regional programs. Maybe its for leftover 22’s? Everyone at least has the $10,000 for 2023 S500/580.
