Noob question: are the discounts people mention re BMWs on this forum taken off Total Price MSRP, which includes the $995 destination charge, or As Built MSRP, which doesnā€™t?

Certainly it matters whether the price quote includes destination too, but I just want to make sure Iā€™m not asking for too much or too little.

Iā€™m looking at a 2021 330e, to order from factory, Total Price MSRP around 56k. Quotes are coming back from 7.5% - 10.25% off Total Price MSRP. Thoughts on how high would be an a reasonable ask?
