minute wait to speak to someone. Then, when you request the payoff quote, it takes them up to 4 business days to email it, which seems excessive but whatever. So, I wait 4 days and finally get the email…and they sent the wrong quote. They sent the private quote, not the dealer quote. So, another 20 min. on the phone and they say I have to wait another 4

Conact a Mercedes dealer on the forum and offer a positive yelp in their name in exchange for helping and getting you a dealer payoff. They can pull one in 2 minutes.
