Try and match this deal…you can’t even after the fee.
I have 2 years of experience at JLR and have never seen a Discovery deal even remotely close to this.
If you can’t afford the fee than I’d invite you to reference @legendsauto Kia thread. Maybe something there will fit your budget

I’m not a broker, and quite frankly I don’t care. It was meant to be condescending as his initial comment was condescending.
You get what you give 
And do you realize there’s 1k packed in the back of every brokers deal? All these structures that are advertised with $200 broker fees have additional money paid by the to them direct from the dealer. I made my career working with brokers at JLR, 1k is cheap relative to the deal quality. I’m restricted as the dealership I’m working with doesn’t pay on the backend. Fee looks steep like it because it’s upfront.
Helps to be educated on how brokering and the automotive business works before you comment on someone’s thread.
