October Incentives for 2024 Mazda CX-90 PHEV

Unless I am misunderstanding, it looks like Mazda is offering $11,000 in Lease incentives on 2024 Mazda CX-90 PHEV in stock for October nationwide?

$7,500 in Lease cash, $2,500 in additional Lease Cash, and either $1,000 in conquest or $1,000 in loyalty (two stackable $500).

Does anyone know the October MF and residual for excellent credit on a 2024 CX-90 PHEV Premium Plus? Both for 24/12000 and 36/12,000?

The incentives are resetting today, Iā€™m not sure if Ratefinder is that accurate that quickly.

Excited to see the rates if anybody on the ā€œinsideā€ has them. Had a deal fall apart yesterday, but it looks like things might be brighter with new incentives this monthā€¦

Inside? The ā€˜Insideā€™ people work at the dealer or are a broker, and they know all at the same time, after they are released.

The people who decide these numbers never share them early, not sure if an NDA or because they actually decide them the night before after running Power BI on previous months sales / inventory / Fed rate

Yeah, sorry - ā€œinsideā€ meaning dealer finance. I would assume since local/national incentives have been published on the Mazda website that rates and residuals have also already been finalized for October.

Nope, in fact those are usually lagging due to the webmasters not being on the ā€˜insideā€™. Your Ratefinder subscription should update close or nearly as fast as the ā€˜insider dealersā€™ So in fact , you are now an ā€˜Insiderā€™ for being a super supporter.

I wouldnā€™t anticipate a big swing in the numbers you are already working with unless there is a targeted promotion like Christmas/holidays etc.

I mean - the online incentives shown for my zip appear to already be $2,280 in additional untaxed rebates, so that seems like a large swing. Iā€™m looking to buy pretty much immediately.

Lease, I mean, lol - not ā€œbuyā€

Always wondered if someone walks into a dealership at 9 AM 1st of the month and wants to lease a car, will they be told to come back?

Iā€™m finding that out today, except replace 9am with 8amā€¦

You sure this isnā€™t the old lease loyalty for returning CX9 lessees?

I think it is different. Here is the fine print:

$2,500 Lease Customer Cash good toward 2024 Mazda CX-90 PHEV. This program is stackable with any relevant National Lease Cash and will auto pay upon the selection of a National Lease progam. Offer must be selected at the time of Retail Delivery Registration (RDR). Lease Customer Cash is compatible with MFS Special Lease but cannot be combined with APR or other Customer Cash offers. Lease Customer Cash is not redeemable as cash or a cash back option. Lease Customer Cash is only available on approved credit. Not all customers will qualify for credit approval or offer. Limit one discount per customer per vehicle. Lease Customer Cash offer only available in regardless of buyerā€™s residency. Void where prohibited. Lease Customer Cash is only available on participating Mazda Dealerā€™s current inventory, which is subject to availability. Offer ends 10/30/2024 and you must take delivery prior to expiration of offer. See participating Mazda Dealer for complete details.

I was able to get it last night and pulled the trigger on the loaner CX-90 PHEV Premium Plus. Rebates were $7500 + $2500 + $500 (Mazda Loyalty). I know itā€™s not the absolute best, but good enough for me to get the loaner car. Iā€™ll post the lease deal in Signed! later today.

@Talby4382 Hey! Also in CO. Curious what kind of deal you got. After living in SoCal for so long, even years into my CO move Iā€™ve got car leasing sticker shock

Iā€™m in TX. The deals in CO look A LOT better, and the way they do the taxes (all up front at 6.25% rolled into the Lease) TX is probably never really going to look amazing, I think. Not sure - this was my first lease!

I posted the deal in Signed! Rebates total $10,500.

Wow they gave you a high RV, that is normally in the 57s but you got 64+

The 9% for the loaner is pretty good. I think the supplier discount on this is only 6%

Edit, the Edmunds Calculator is wrong. Itā€™s supposed to be 66 but shows 57.

I think you know this but check if you turn it in at 36k or at 40k. Some leases start at 0 even though it really has 4k.

Just saw your edit - yeah, the residual should be 66% per Edmunds on the 24/12 for PHEV Premium +
