NV Deal check - 2024 BMW X1 xDrive28i in NV

,

Hello Hackrs,

Request a deal check on a 2024 BMW X1 xDrive28i lease in Clark County, NV.

Rightly or wrongly, I can’t get a match between the broker deal structure and the leasehackr calculator. I don’t know what I may be (or not) entering incorrectly.

A broker located an in-transit car with our preferred colors, packages, and options with a 6.5% discount off MSRP. This car will be redirected to a local dealer for delivery.

Our experience with local dealers is that they would not offer a similar discount on in-transit or custom order X1s. There was no availability with our combination of colors, packages, and options in stock.

Here is the broker deal structure:

Mkt Price/MSRP $48,595, Discount (6.5%) $3,158, Vehicle Selling Price $45,437
Doc Prep Fee $85.00, License/Title $647.00, Tire/Battery/VTR Fee $8.50
Acquisition Fee $925, Tax on Collected Items $282.32, Total Cap $47,384.82

Down/Cap Reduct $2,368.92, Rebate $1,000, Net Cap $44,015.90
Base payment $582.28, Monthly Tax $48.80, 36 Month Monthly Payment $631.08

Down/Cash Cap Reduction $2368.92, 1st Payment $631.08, Due on Delivery $3K

MF Rate 0.00180, 36/7.5K, 57% Residual, $27,699.15 Residual Amount, 8.38% Tax

Appreciate feedback, thank you.

There are X3’s with higher MSRP for $200 less a month in SoCal, check broker listings in marketplace. $700 effective for an X1 is a lot.

Thanks, we checked comparable deal structure on SoCal X3’s. There was a 10.25% discount vs 6.5% and the X3 MF was higher. Apples to Apples the X3 was a higher monthly payment. Most important the X1 is a better fit in the garage and newer in its product lifecycle.

This is the one I saw from @EZAutoGroup
2024 BMW X3 (Convenience pkg) 50k MSRP
$3000 due at signing
$439 plus tax
39/7.5k
MUST HAVE LOYALTY

Yeah either you shop the deal or the car. Good luck!

Here, you just needed to adjust your down payment until your DAS became $3,000

But $25,000+ total lease cost for a car selling in the mid 40s ooooof
