Numbers Not Matching Calculator

Can anyone help me figure out why I can’t back into the numbers this dealership gave me? Asked for MF but they haven’t told me yet. I am in Philly so wondering if taxes are off since the dealership is in VA? Tried to make my own calculator but I am getting $584: Calculator

I put all the extra dealership fees (Dent/Appearance) in the dealer fees line. I wasn’t planning to get those anyways but just trying to see if I can back into what I want them to be at. This is for an I4 loaner.

They’re probably taxing the rebates. PA does not tax rebates.

Notice that if you move your rebates into taxable rebates, it matches within $3/mo.

Given this is a service loaner should I be able to push for more off MSRP?

If you’re getting a loaner at 12% off with a marked up MF and all those add-ons, it’s not a great deal.

I’m sold out of in-stock cars with M sport, but I have a $71,000ish car in transit, and I’ll do 11% off with base MF on either that or an order (last allocations are about to go into production).

Example based on this MSRP:

A bit risky on an i4 with BMW not locking the rebate, no?

Actually good question will bmw lock rebates?

There’s no official statement about this, but we just heard a few days ago that they may not honor the lock for people with EV’s on order.

Frankly, I don’t believe it, seems insane they’d expect people to just be okay with the major price bump, but what do I know?!

How many BMW customers are EV lessees who want to lock a federally subsidized rebate on an order? (With some uncertainty around how many of those will be funded by the govt after 9/30 and how much work that will take)

Maybe they’re not willing to put in the effort for a small group
