Hi- I couldn’t find a December thread to post (long time reader, kind of first time poster as I lost my previous login).

I am in MA and here is the deal I am working towards with a local dealer:
2022 Alfa Romeo Stelvio Sprint AWD [this is not Ti :frowning: ]

MSRP: $49000
Sales Price: $35500
Miles/Year: 10
Duration: 42 months
Residual: 42%
MF: .00101
Down payment: $5000 (includes fees, first month and tax)
Monthly: $470

I get a calculator score of 9.5 years, but given 5K down, 42-month lease and 42 residual I am not loving it. I am wondering if I should just wait for a while and get the one I want, which is 2022 Ti. The main lack of feature for me is the panoramic roof and bigger wheels, but the Sprint version seems to have all other features: Apple Car play, built-in Nav, heated leather seats/heated steering wheel, driver assist features etc.

I’ve searched around and it seems like the deal is comparable to ones in other states (e.g., FL). Seems pretty standard and not that special

Truly, those numbers don’t add up. Especially because the 10k residual is wrong for 42 months. It also appears that the rate has been marked up. I could have you in a $53k TI for 520 a month with $5k down and that includes your MA tax. (24 months) 42 months would be $546…
