NorthBay Cadillac

Wondering if any of the dealers here have a relationship with North Bay Cadillac in Great neck. In their inventory, there looks to be a Cadillac lyriq loaner that I’m interested in. If somebody can source that please let me know.

Why not make an offer yourself? I wouldn’t be surprised someone is already trying to snipe it since you posted they have a loaner.

Yo i anit gonna lie when me and my wife brough our house i wanted it so bad. It was a corner property and i wanted to knock it down. I told realtor ill give 1k at close if you see me the house for this 450k. Listing was 505 and kids lived in Florida they wanted the money fast so they could spend money on toys. So realtor called kids and said hey were not getting any offers but one said hell do 450k cash if wanna close asap. Sure enough it worked, my wife was like embarrassed shes like OMG :rofl: meanwhile their were offers for 520-550k

You have easily doubled up having that type of house in Great neck. Mazel tov!

Yea only italian there :joy::joy: mazel.

This demo sport2 is/was sold I’m told. Do chime in if you got it here and what was the signed deal.

It wasnt me! Cant afford those cars. But hopefully someone comes forward im curious myself what the numbers are coming from a dealer in long island.

There’s no need to focus on one VIN for a mass produced car.

Get ready to make 12+ offers if you want a car by the end of the month.

He was offering me a sport 3 loaner in May for $629

Lol i knew it they were one of those. Something tells me every time i drive by they were cocky.

There are still some houses under $1m in that area, but also lots of multi-million dollar ones, especially if you go a bit north to Kings Point or east to Manhasset… The poors can’t even afford the property tax, so they live in apartments and condos.

Back on topic, IIRC they actually had a $299/month Lyriq banner earlier in the month, but I don’t remember the details. I would imagine that there are plenty of people in that area who are happy to buy at sticker or just with the $7,500 Ultium cash, but maybe they’re willing to discount given the timing.

Your right, they walk in without even negotiating, i had same experience with bmw bayside. Ask salesman any discounts on X5 (back in 2012) he looks at me and says sir this is bmw. Lol im like sir this is last time you see me.

$299 is probably with like 7k out of pocket - hard pass.

Rallye is even worse… Even the last service advisor I had was snobby. They have just shy of 30 salespeople so I guess they know what they’re doing, though. Meanwhile I’m unenthused at 14% off new since the incentives aren’t good enough.

I had actually spent (and wasted) a lot of time dealing with NorthBay Cadillac. I wouldn’t recommend them. I had been negotiating that $399/mo deal with them on a tech 1 AWD with 0 down, just registration and dealer fees DAS. Then suddenly they wanted me to put a $1500 deposit down before they would give me the actual numbers. And then I found out the vehicle was an RWD model. I ended up going with a broker and got a black on black sport 1 loaner with 400 miles on it for 423/mo after tax and $1500 DAS with registration in Connecticut.
