I think you need to do better error-checking on your listing. It appears you’re presenting different values than what the underlying vehicles actually are. And some of the resulting lease economics will then be wrong.
For example your '21 Turbo S in Ice Grey. You say it had an original MSRP of $173,630 and listing for $109,995 with 45,688 miles. But that’s not right. The original MSRP was $217,370 for the VIN ending 144. And the listing price is $115,000.
I think you jumped the gun and tried to put some of these cars online too quickly. It appears that your dealer did a large wholesale buy to aggregate collateral here in NorCal and the vehicles are en route. Whatever it takes to keep juicy units away from IAC_Scott’s unicorn offerings, nobody in NorCal is getting those MidAtlantic and Northeast pricing. The great CPO leases seem to be dead.
Regarding the perception that you’re taking a fat margin… you’ll want to check your pricing vs list for the reason that it appears you’re marking up this unit to $118,788

Check the resids on those calculations for the two black Turbo S. I mean… the monthly on a 12 month does look really good (for California standards). But also feels very wrong compared to the Ice Grey and Neptune Blue ones.
