Dealer won’t provide me the break down of the lease terms, but they did give me a number of $485 a month including tax. Is this a reasonable offer?

You need to get the residual and incentive information from Edmunds forum for your zip.
You also need to get the MF they’re using along with how much the selling price is before any applicable incentives.
If the dealer isnt forthcoming with info, you should probably look for another dealer.

This is pretty close to bottom line assuming this is $0 due at signing and you don’t qualify for Honda Loyalty.
