Just wondering why there are never lease deals advertised here for certain makes. I never see any for Lincoln and the only Fords I’ve seen are usually for the MachE (and maybe some Broncos?).
I’m in SoCal if that matters.
Because they typically dont lease well. Meaning even with decent discounts, the lack of incentives and terrible MF/residual values make them poor lease candidates
What’s Lincoln?
Its not a motorcycle baby its a chopper
It starts at the OEM. They need to (a) believe in strong leases as a way to gain or maintain market share and (b) find a way to re-sell those lease returns without taking a bath.
In the absence of those conditions you get subpar leases and which broker wants to lose time and credibility pushing a subpar product?
Grandma’s curbed rim Lincoln doesn’t have a line out the door upon return?
i sold 2 lincolns last year. 1 was lemoned, 1 was totaled. some of the cars are “nice”, but the brand has severe marketing and image issues.
I posted a Lincoln in the Hackr Lounge, and @jananth1 was so offended by it, he asked me to stop tainting the thread with trash cars. Lincoln’s are that offputting.
