Wanted to know if this might be a good deal with the trade in equity $1500 applied along with the $2.5K loyalty. UDE $500 hasnt been applied yet either but might be built into the 10.82% discount off msrp. Initial MF .0017, and with MSDs .00128. $8615.14 DAS $1961 more than LH calculator but $579/mo vs $542 on LH. I can’t figure out where the extra $$ is coming from DAS and monthly. LH Calc below

Try bumping the MF in the LH calc and see if you get at their numbers. Had a dealer tell me they were giving me a base money factor but it was actually marked up. They fixed it after I called them out.

Is $1500 for trade equity competitive w/ other offers you’ve gotten?
About $500 less compared to carmax, and right around market for KBB
In actuality the LH calculator i worked off had $7899 DAS (incl. MSDs) but i checked it again on a different browser and its substantially different now. Approx $6654, incl 7 MSDs, LH Calc below and i also added to original post with updated numbers to reflect difference vs LH.
Yeah I did but no msports available locally that he had access to or that i was interested in. Would be a custom order and although a lesser price, would be several weeks to months out, and no ability to use MSDs in NY. My lease extension ends in about two weeks so the flexibility isnt great with what little equity i can get from my current lease.

You have excellent flexibility to continue to extend your lease until the new car comes.
You could have more equity then, or less, or the same. No way to know.
Also, still have no idea how you’re coming to 4k total rebates in your calc.

Unlikely to have more equity as I add miles and wait for the new car. $4500 is loyalty and lease credit and $1500 for trade in. They just included it under taxed incentives which would be the same i think if it was $2500 for discount and $1500 for trade in

I think the wait would be too long. Thats what im getting based on convos with brokers and dealers.
Also tried to jump up the MF in the LH calculator and it doesn’t add up. Even went to .003 and the DAS still in the $7800 range but the Monthly payment goes up into the $650+ range.
I guess I have to get to the Deal Summary check what it actually is in and call them out on it if it is inflated
