That will be tough. I got my brand new 440i GC for first payment down at $411 AFTER taxes over the summer from here and that was no were near the unicorn 4 series deals all over the “share deals and tips” sub forum
If your calculator reflects the actual deal you are offering this is actually decent.
If it is indeed $18k of dealer discount without any additional lease or loyalty rebates from bmw.

Use a negative down payment amount to get the right money down. Also, your tax rate is wrong as it should be 7.025% with the added luxury tax in NJ.

Isn’t the 4 series being replaced for 2021, and then the m4 a bit later kinda like the 3?
Aged typically refers to a car sitting 200+ days (some manufacturers don’t even add a bonus till 300 days). Outgoing and discontinued would be different terminology!

It was a custom order for a customer that ended up not getting financing for the vehicle. It was one the first 2020s to hit the market we have had it for a few months now.
