Nissan Rogue 2017 SL AWD

Hi Guys,

I recently got a quote for a fully loaded Nissan Rogue 2017 SL Awd with the Platinum Reserve Interior package. I have given their details below. I have tried to plug in the amounts and calculate the lease amounts for a 36/12 lease with a Zero upfront amount but get different amounts from different calculators. Could you please let me out.

MSRP: 35,290
Discount: 3,285.59
Rebate: 2,750
Adjusted Sales Price: 29,254.41

Doc Fee: 299
Tax: 1,938.20
Non Tax Fee: 331
Net Price: 31,822.61

MF: 0.00003
Residual: 55%

Their amount with Zero down: 374

They are going about $1,500 below invoice for you. You should be able to get $2,000. I was from a few dealers in LA.

Other than that, the MF is at the buy rate and the residual can’t be changed so there is not much else to play with. It looks like you have to pay all the tax upfront in your state? What is the drive off?

Thanks Ed. Yes we have to pay the whole tax in MD. The quote they gave me was 0 down, 374 a month. Do you get similar figures when you calculate the lease payments?

Is your deal $0 down or $0 drive-off (true sign and drive)?

Jon, the quote says 0 Cash down. They have mentioned if I put 1000 down I get 345/month and 2000 down, 317 a month.

Well 0 down is not the same as sign and drive. Have they rolled all the drive offs into the payment?

I get the same as they did using your numbers - about $374 a month if you roll everything into lease with $0 due at signing.

I just did a deal yesterday. Same car but higher MSRP of $36,195. Was $340/month with $0 due at signing. In Ohio so 7% tax on lease price was due upfront which I rolled into lease.

Selling Price was about $32,150ish before rebates (about 11% discount)…like Ed_Churchward mentioned, you should be able to get them lower on selling price

Since you’re in MD and pay tax on sales price instead of just lease payment, your cost will be higher. But if you’re able to get 11% discount (about $31,410 selling price) you should be at $357 a month with $0 due at signing.
