I’ve gone to a few dealers and Nissan offered a deal on a lease no money down, (Just first month and dmv fees) 398.00 a month MSRP 34115 Residual 57% 19446 on a Pathfinder S 4X4 with after market leather seats. I’ve never had a car loan, credit score is tier 3. Is this a good deal?
You can probably get a $50k QX60 (the Pathfinder’s Infiniti twin) for less, so no, at first glance it’s not a good deal.
But you have poor credit, so your options are limited and to that extent I don’t think it’s a terrible deal given your credit. You won’t probably qualify for a cheap QX60.
I would ask the guys at edmunds to provide tier 3 MF for the pathfinder and go from there. Ask for the QX60 tier 3 MF also Perhaps the qx60 at a tier 3 would have a lower MF so would still be cheaper if you can get a better discount if not cheaper would still get a lot more car for the same or a little more payment.
Apply MSD to the QX60 and lower the MF
Where can you get a qx60 for that price with no msd’s?

AWD QX60 for < $400/month with $0 out of pocket? Where? I’ve not seen anything like that.
Right now a local dealer is advertising a Pathfinder S for $300/month $0 out of pocket (Western NY). It’s the 2Wd one, but I am guessing the 4X4 wouldn’t add $100 onto it.
Look at the forums. Plenty of people getting amazing deals. No dealer is going to advertise it and you need to make your way to the NY metro dealers where it’s uber competitive in the luxury space. Again though, your credit isn’t that great so not sure you’ll qualify for Tier 1 needed to get those deals.
