Nissan ARIYA Discussion Thread

I have KIA from when I had my EV6

So the way I do it is - first connect Arya, then, after SC connected, initiate the charge via EA app on a specific stall you’ve connected to.

I assume no issues connecting and starting even though its not the vehicle attached to the plan?

Wonder why it didnt work for me

Not at all, I’ve done it twice with my Ariya using the VW plan, I did removed the Ariya from the app. I wonder if the reverse will work with the ID4 using the EVGO plan from the Ariya.

I got $500 for EVGo from GM on my old Bolt and I charged the ID4 no issue

Ha I have that too, free EVGO with the Nissan, free EA with the ID4 and I still have most of the $500 from the last Bolt.

Nissan slashes prices of 2024 Ariyas across trims:

Curious how this might affect the March 2024 lease program on the 2023 models - the 2023 models are now all universally upside down, in a big way.

They’ve surely got to mark down those residuals or simply give a hell of a lot more money to support March leases, just to keep the same rates, right?

We will see tomorrow. There are plenty of 24s showing on lots as well so will be interesting to see what programs look like on those too.

Interesting… thanks for sharing. Many of us here on LH helped Nissan grow those Q4 numbers. It’s my understanding that Nissan provided a 12 month lease program for employees to help move the remaining
2023 Ariyas.

The February program ends today. I’m very interested in the program details for March especially since it’s fiscal year-end for Nissan.

So vpp is only for nissan employees? 2 years ago VPP wasn’t available for partnered orgs, I hope they’ve opened it up again.

I drove home my Ariya on 2-29. My salesperson texted today to check in and then let me know she drove hers home on 3-1! The day I got mine I joked that she should get one.

There are 4 VPP programs

Nissan Employees
Friends and Family of Nissan Employees
Dealer Employees
Partners - which has been disabled for years

And it still is unfortunately, just checked a few mins ago.
Partners is now called Special Promotions

For those that have been watching things, how are incentives this month compared to previous two months?

The February program ended yesterday and I haven’t heard/seen any info on the March program yet. It will be interesting to see what Nissan does since it’s also their fiscal year-end. I can’t imagine there is much 2023 inventory remaining (at least in the Northeast).

The same 18 month lease deal is still going.

Too many of us getting VPP codes via a membership in the SCCA way back when.

No changes to the 2024 vs the 2023 other than the price cut.

Does this mean people should wait for the dealerships to drop the price on the 2023? As it stands the 2023 are priced higher than the 2024.

My guess there will be additional incentives for the remaining 2023s
