My BMW lease is up mid October and the documents I received in the mail suggest a pre-return inspection.
I had always been under the assumption that a 3rd party inspector would come out and do the inspection, once I scheduled it.
However, now it seems that has been replaced by an app (Next Inspect). Not sure I trust an app and photos over human eyes to give me accurate feedback.
Has anyone used the app and returned their lease yet? Any issues?
