I currently have a lease that is ending on a Sorento SXP in June 2026. I will be looking for another SUV to lease, but looking more into the “luxury” SUV’s. I’m also open to EV. As far as my requirements, it does not need to have a 3rd-row, but if it does, that is an added bonus. I like sporty, I like fun. I’ll be honest, the Sorento SXP (SX-Prestige) I currently have, has a little fun turbo, so something that is “fun” to drive and handles well is something I’m looking into. Also, I’d like a smooth ride.
What would be some of my options to look into? I’d like to keep monthly payment below $800. I do not need a ton of annual mileage, probably 10k/annually would work. I have a company vehicle that I drive for work, but we also use it as a family vehicle on the weekends, so I can pack on the miles in that.
You have 7 months left on your lease. There is no telling what pricing will be next June. Come back in 6 months and find a broker in your area in marketplace. Also, please don’t pay $800 for a Sorento or comparable vehicle. That is insane.
I’m definitely overpaying for it, but glad to be out of it soon.
