Well, I posted above an image of what the website said in September - the EV $7500 was there, but the other “Air credit” went down to $5000 from $7500. The $5000 that I highlighted on the pdf was NOT the on site credit (which did go up from $4K to $5K). The net effect was a $1500 INCREASE in September, not a decrease.
But I’m not just going by this alone in saying the August deal was better - I also did my own calculations in both August and also September, and in August I could get a Pure for as low as $617, and in September it was closer to $800.
It’s possible I just have a not-great SA and that I’m missing something. but even she admitted I missed out by not closing in August.
This thread was referencing the Pure. Pure is 15k in rebates, Touring is 12.5k rebates and Grand Touring is 17.5k in rebates.
Unsure how this has changed month over month for the Touring model but its the best its been for the Pure.
This is complete speculation, but they probably increased production for Q1 and Q2 as the Gravity was going to be released. Giving incentives due to the increased inventory levels now.
Aha! - it’s true I’d switched search to Touring (from Pure) which explains it. No 2024 Pures in Florida any more, so I had none to search/compare to August. Now there’s no Touring here either (but there is a couple of ‘in 2 weeks’, unlike Pure, which are just totally out).
Hey! I just received my contract but it is very confusing to understand where exactly all the incentives were placed. Do you understand the contract to understand where all the deductions are?
The contracts are not easy to follow. I would recommend calling your Lucid Contact and have them tell you where each part of the discount is on the paperwork.
