The cars in this class don’t lease well, so your deal looks pretty good to me (but I am not super knowledgable).
What’s the $2K “certification?”
Honestly for me doesn’t look that good, because I see on visor that there is 47 with 0 miles in country and they below or so 60k. Also I see 50k range for 3k miles. If I were you i’d push for another 3-5k down and no adds for 2k.
Drop the certification fee and it looks fairly decent. You are at an immediate disadvantage due to the tax structure but 24 months is the way to go with this one.
