What is the reason behind the Cali boycott? One would think that it would be good for a broker to deal here, as well, since it’s a big market.

Are your hands tied by the law, or is it just a broker/personal preference?

I’m providing a short answer because I’ve written it so many times. Ma can’t let a car leave without registering. Cali has certain tests that need to get done. So it doesn’t work unless someone pays cash.
