Discount looks pretty good, and you can lower the payment by another ~$30 with MSD. But are you sure you don’t want xDrive instead since you are in NJ?

By MSD, you mean initial downpayment right?
No, MSD is multiple security deposit. It’s fully refundable at the end of the lease and it will decrease the MF. Search on this forum for more info on MSDs.
thanks guys, really appreciate the MSD deal. I am able to save another ~$21 with MSD.
In case anybody wants to do it, they do 7 times of monthly payment MSD and you get 8% simple interest on a 36 month lease.
