New 2026 X3 for $800 a month (36 months lease) with no money down

,

My capitalized cost was around 12% below the MSRP. New 2026 X3 lease includes packages (M Sport, M Sport Pro 2, Premium) and options (ventilated seats, Harmon Kardon surround sound) with Brooklyn Grey Metallic paint.

Please provide feedback (positive and negative) on the deal.

Trim and MSRP? What is due at sign? You are in one of the worst places to lease a car.

It’s impossible to provide feedback on this deal as we have no numbers to base it off of. You need to provide us with the MSRP, discount prior to any incentives, if you qualified for incentives and which ones, did you get the base MF?

Just based off your numerical values, $800 per month seems a tad high for an X3.

I forgot to mention the trim: 2026 BMW X3 30 xDrive.

Please advise what is the approximate range for my area (DC, VA, MD).

Discount under rebates number was $1K.

Due at signing was just the first month payment then I pay/lease for the remaining 35 payments.

Did you sign this already? Even with just the first month at signing, on a $61,000 car, I would have been under $740:

That’s locally too.

Yes, it is done. I should have came here to Leasehackr before today. From my research it looked like a good deal because most quotes in my area were around $29,500 and higher.

There’s worse places.

OP should have gone 39mo (same residual) to stretch out the pain a little bit but the reality is the leases on these just aren’t all that incentivized.

At this point it doesn’t matter what deal you would have gotten, as your deal is currently signed. Enjoy the car for what it’s worth. Think of it as a lesson learned for the future. You acknowledging coming to this website prior to signing in the future is a lesson learned enough for today. Otherwise continuing to read-from other comments- how much your deal could have been better is not going to help you.
