Hello, I live in Illinois and am looking at leasing the Outlander. I’m trying to do $0 cash down, $300 per month max with tax/fees wrapped in for 36 months/10,000 miles per year. I’ve seen some crazy deals but need something to take to the dealership with me. I hate the games and dishonesty and was hoping someone would be able to help me negotiate this price. I don’t think they are flying off the lot so there is room to negotiate. Any help is truly appreciated!

This is the part that is difficult for me to understand and make sense of. I know nothing when it comes to this stuff and do not want to be taken advantage of. I just want a good deal and fairness
Essentially, the question is how much additional discount over what is being offered would be required to get to the $300/mo price you are looking for?
Being that nowhere on their site do they actually show a lease price (they show a monthly, but no information on due at signing amount), you would need to calculate what the lease payment would be with their advertised discount actually is and then determine what discount is required to get to $300/mo with $0 down and compare.
There is one path forward here. You must learn how to calculate what the lease should codmst so you can establish a target deal before ever speajing to a dealer.
The easiest way to make sure you get taken advantage of is to go into the dealer ignorant to what the pricing should be.
Gotcha! But here is the thing, I have no idea how to figure that out before going there. I don’t know walking in what discounts I have and the price for the car that I would offer to get that payment. Can you help me please?
Thank you
I guess because we liked the vehicle and the price to lease this SUV is really good compared to others I’ve looked into.
Hyundai Pallisade, Volkswagen Taos, Nissan Rogue? Do you have info on whether any of these would have a cheaper lease payment under $300?
Where did this $300 benchmark for the other cars come from? Do you have a quote for the Outlander for $300 with $0 DAS? You’ve posted a link to a dealer website which may mean nothing.
IMO instead of wasting time on arguably the worst dealership network in America, spend your time on more fruitful targets such as
