Hi everyone,

Been a member here for a few months. My first post so I’d like to get a POV on the following lease deal on a New 2020 Mini Cooper Countryman ALL4 in New York.

MSRP - $42,885
Selling price - $37,575 (~12.4% off MSRP)
RV - $26,159.85 (61%)
MF - 0.00149
Term - 36 months
Mileage - 10k/yr
Monthly PMT - $451.93
Leasehackr Score: 8 years
DAS - $1,802.19

  • 1st month pmt $451.93
  • Bank/Acq fee $925.00 (high I know but all dealers in metro NY area are high)
  • DMV $267.00
    - all other taxes, fees - $179.00

I went out to 5 dealers and this was the best deal. Appreciate what the hackrs think here and if I could improve the deal in any way. Thanks

Double check the MF on edmunds and/or any incentives that they may have baked into the price.

Thanks joe blogs. In an effort to earn my business and save time the dealer offered a $5,310 price reduction which represents dealer invoice minus $2,250. This includes all incentives, back end factory money, and their entire profit margin (at least that’s what he told me ;-)).

You still need to get the information @joeblogs suggested to see if it’s a good deal. I would be expecting at least that discount BEFORE any incentives and base MF.
