Negotiating 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Sterling Edition

Looking at a Grand Cherokee Sterling Edition for my wife. I feel like 9% off MSRP might be decent, but the dealer has nearly $2,000 in fees:
$487 doc fee
$188.50 Data Dot DNA (Said its the VIN etched in various parts of the car?)
$599 Karr Alarm
$699 Acquisition Fee

Should I be able to negotiate any of these away? Seems absurd.

Year, Make, Model, and Trim: [2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Sterling Edition]

Selling Price: [$41,920]
Rebates: [$4500]
Trade-in: [-$1200] payoff of current lease

Annual Mileage: [10,000]

MF: [0.0002]

Total Due At Signing: [$0]
Monthly Payment (incl. tax): [$542]

Zip Code: [89178]

Thoughts?

Found the car in the colors my wife wants and the particular vehicle happens to be a 4x4, so now they will only do 7% off instead of 8.7%. Is this in line with what others have experienced? Any advice on how to lower the dealer fees?

You shouldn’t be paying a penny above 460 for the car. pre negative equity

Before factoring in my lease payoff, correct?

I’m down to $488 on the Sterling 4x4, 7% off, $4500 in rebates, $1700 in docs/fees/acquisition.

How should I be maneuvering from here?

Tell them to buzz off those stupid hard and soft adds otherwise you are going elsewhere. “Karr Alarm” and “Auto DNA”…LMAO really means PURE PROFIT

Agreed. They dropped one from $600 to $300, making the remaining total $500, but refused to go lower.

Then I would refuse to buy there. Unless they were the same price as other dealers including those BS add ons.
