Negative Depreciation (I know, Not again)

I know it has been asked several times, but about that negative depreciation…

Basically a 2024 Equinox EV 2LT and I qualify for $6250 in incentives (Bolt loyalty, Costco, GM Emp). So I get negative on the depreciation.

I have read here (thanks) basically increase the cost (warranty, service package, …), increase time/miles, or get a check from dealer. Not too likely on the last one and really don’t want to “pay more” over the life of the lease which I assume is necessary for the first two.

Which brings me to the question for reawakening these threads… If I plan on a one-pay, what can be lumped in to the Adj Cap Cost? Taxes and Gov’t fees? Acquisition fee? Rent Charge? Disposition Fee?

One-pay has nothing to do with this. Any charge due to inception can be capped into the ACC. Whether you do one-pay or monthly lease.

These are not due at lease inception
