A clean CARFAX vehicle
its a loaner with 4000+ miles, 2018 C300 black + white interior (love it)
here is the deal:
36 months / 10k miles
MSRP: 46600
sale price: 38500
RV: 60%
MF: ~0.001
MSD: x10 ==> 4000$ refundable ==> MF:~0.0003
sles taxes; 17.5
registration fee: 60
dealer core (?): 250
monthly payment: 366$ - ZERO down
they offered for extra 14.1$ a month (to the lease payment) to include the two years maintenance service.
they also offer (for free) 6 days a week free washing at their dealership…
what do you think of that deal? is it worth it?
should I take the maintenance? or just do it somewhere myself for cheaper?
I also visited tons of car dealerships and I created my own calculator for expected lease term/price
(its also scoring the car performances and features offered along with scoring the MF/RV/incentives/total viability of the deal itself…
at the end I get a summed score for each vehicle that includes all of the above and it just tell me all-in-all which is the BEST deal for the best car for me…
all the scoring system is based on comparison between all the cars on that list (normal distribution)
if someone will find that interesting I’ll be happy to help
17% discount on a 2018 loaner in a color combo that you want is surely good.
Looking at the strong homework that you have done, I’m sure you must have checked MF and RV numbers for you ZIP on Edmund forums. If not you can check that out.
You have mentioned that you are new in country, not sure how easy MB is on providing credit approvals on blank credit score cases but i know for that fact Honda doesn’t entertain those.
what does “ZERO down” mean in terms of “total out of pocket”? Zero down is often misunderstood, it could mean “zero cap cost” but still inception cost. What’s the true “total due at signing” ?
Also MSRP seems high for the equipment listed. You need to double check the MSRP.
