That is exactly what Montana does!
When you said you prefer Montana, I thought you meant you prefer Montana to GA. But now you’re saying Montana does the same thing as GA. In that case, who wouldn’t prefer GA and Montana’s method of computing sales tax? Not necessarily or always the cheapest but certainly the fairest as you’re taxed on usage (depreciation) plus taxable fees (doc, acq).
I read it as he prefers Montana, in that they do not charge sales tax. But reading comprehension was never my strong suit!
