Need Lease Worksheet Review - Cruze LT Hatchback in Virginia

I’m in Va trying to get a Cruze lease to take advantage of the great incentives. I’ve had a difficult time getting dealers to divulge all of their numbers. I finally got a dealer to share with me the worksheet they are using and I need some help reviewing it. I have a selling price of 20195. The worksheet includes the increased MF to waive the acquisition fee. When I enter all of the numbers into the calculator I get a payment of $95. But the calculator has a drive off of 1932 and the worksheet is only calculating a drive off of $178 (1st month’s payment). If I do (1932 - 178)/24 + 95, I get $168. So I have a discrepancy of $10/month. Any ideas where this discrepancy is coming from?

Is there anything else that can be done besides lower the selling price? The other question I have: Where does the Destination charge get added?

Thanks in advance for the feedback.

When I make a bid, I always say selling price including destination.

If it’s not included in your dealer’s offer, it would get added to your cap cost. Maybe that’s the discrepancy?

Your selling price is not 20195 but 21020 (row 05 TTL SELL) which is Row 03 + Destination charge [row 09] = 20195 + 825 = 21020.

In other words, their price is not such a big discount.
