I need help understanding how Commercial Lease on BMW IX works, I am currently working with one dealership in CA that is stating they will do Commercial Lease however I feel like they are not fully understanding what I need my customer is looking to get Commercial Tags Registration on the car anybody had this kind of situation ?

No Jon, I am a broker myself, what I want to understand is what dealer is telling me that they are able to do Commercial Lease will they be able to do it as I spoke to couple other fleet managers from different places they said they will pass on it.
He’s a broker who needs help brokering.
I don’t need help brokering I am asking simple question has anyone dealt with Commercial Lease as it is very rare with leases

It works the same as personal lease. Nothing different. Same RV and same MF, just more paperwork
Most likely your client will still need to personally guarantee the lease even if it is commercial. Obviously your client knows the insurance will be more as a commercial vehicle.
