That discount is abysmal. It’s 4%, you should try for something like 16%. These executive land yachts are not in high demand.
You did not provide info on money factor. Ask for much bigger discount and buy rate MF, even better than MSDs is a one-pay if you can swing it on 36 mo. lease. That should be a better deal. And definitely go for the 21" wheels on this albatross.
There’s no trunk cash that would get one of these to that and by having an unreasonable ask like that you’re really just limiting yourself to loaners or severely aged units.

What have you seen for reasonable ask on eDrive50?
Generally ~9-11% on a fresh new unit and or order is reasonable same as with an iX depending on dealer fees and or rate markup.
