Need help on M4 lease

Please help me with this lease? Is this a good deal? It’s the best i have gotten so far.

It seems decent, especially given the high MSRP.

Check bimmerpost and bimmerfest for specifics on the M3/M4. You’ll get much better and specific info on the car.

what does the 3k cash out of pocket cover?

Looks like the taxes are eating the cash down, those taxes suck. This car doesn’t appear to lease well, even with almost $10k off, $3k down and $3k incentive plus buy rate on the MF, no where close to 1%. I wonder what 24 mo looks like.

It looks like a good deal, just a bad car to lease. I’m sure some others will chime in, but 12% off on a new BMW seems pretty good.

First month, taxes and fees and 1k down

I think so too but it has options i dont want or need but they only have super loaded cars left hence the hefty discount

Effective payment is $1018, ouch

Yeah…pretty shitty if you look at it that way. Lol

That’s just what these cars are going to cost now.

M3s leased better because residual but supply is dwindling as the last allocations are drying out.

It’s going to be incredibly difficult to get a LH worthy deal on an M4, but the quote you have is pretty strong.

The M4 is still a much lower lease payment then the C63 or RS5.

have you tried looking on swap a lease?
Most likely you can have similar payment but will save yourself all the upfront money and the owner might even give you an incentive to take over lease.

Sounds like you are in a similar situation. I wanted an M3 but couldn’t find a dealer in Socal to do invoice +$500. I went into researching c63 and RS5 to find out they lease terribly. So here I am looking into the m4. I just can’t justify paying more for a car that I want less. At this point, I am contemplating on waiting for the 2020 M3. :’(

I have been checking that religiously waiting for a good deal to turn up.

Good deal, just a bad leasing car as everyone has already noted.

Finally closed the deal on my m4!
80k msrp
10k discount
5k rebate
10/36m
For 873 per month including tax. Although it is not a 1%, I am still super happy about.
Thanks everyone for your help!

Congrats!!! 20202020

I agree swapalease is going to be your best bet on these.

Get someone else to eat all the down money and make it their mistake.

Swoop in and scoop a cheap one up between 700-850$ max with just the transfer fee out of pocket…

Congrats on the new car in the meantime!

Congrats! The car is gorgeous!!!

Thanks guys. Also i didnt put any down on this. It was a true 0 sign and drive. I looked a lot on swapalease but cant find anything in the 700-800 with the packages i want. All the ones that are in that price range is bare bone base model. My car comes with comp and exec.

Curious to know what’s included in both those options?
