Need help on 2018 Toyota Camry LE

I’m new here and looking for some help on getting the best deal on a 2018 Toyota Camry LE. I’m in NW Indiana/SW Michigan, and Toyota is currently running a $199/month, $1999 down special on the Camry LE in Michigan, with an MSD of .00001, residual of 56% (14,083/25,149), $1250 TFS lease cash, $650 acquisition fee. The selling price for that deal is $23637 before incentives, and invoice is $22,845. I also qualify for the Toyota College Graduate Rebate of $750 and the Uber driver discount of $750. I’ve checked and both those discounts are compatible with each other and the lease deal. I’ve been quoted $1999 drive-off with $183.52 per month applying all incentives. Does this sound right? Should I negotiate to get the selling price closer to invoice?

Here is more info on the offer:

@Leasard is offering the 2018 Camry LE for $199 sign and drive in the MA area (w/o the incentives you qualify for), so you should try to get dealers in your area to get close to his numbers.

i agree with Jon. Ad deals are rarely good esp. when they have so much down.
what is msrp?
from edmunds:
.00001 MF
$1250 lease cash
54% residual for 15k (56% for 12k)
tax rate for your locale?
est of dmv fees?

also, if you are open to a kia, the optima S model is leasing very well this month. I’d be all over that except the 2 kia dealers in SW Ohio both blow and these cars require TLC/warranty work…

Thanks for the response! I might look into the Optima.

MSRP is $25,149

add your local dmv and verify tax rate
i used your sell price which may be a bit high
