Need help Negotiating an Infiniti Q50 3.0T Signature Edition

Hey guys, Its my first time negotiating a lease for a car. After a week of discussions with a Infiniti dealer he offered me the Q50 3.0T Signature Edition for 360 a month with taxes, and 0 down. At first this sounded amazing and I was ready to take it but after reading some of these forum posts it sounds like I’am getting ripped. Currently I live in New York. I didn’t bring up residual, or money factor because I just been learning about these numbers today. If anyone has any advice or can tell me the number I should be going for that would be very helpful. Thank you!

What’s the MSRP of the car and do you know what the selling price is?

The MSRP = $40,700
The true car average in my area $36,913

What are the terms of the lease? and drive off costs?
For example in Florida, a local dealer is advertising the 3.0t signature at 259 plus tax a month 39/10, 0 down and 0 first month drive off fees are about 2000. (about 52 extra to the monthly payment if you rolled them into the lease).
