Need help getting out of Audi A3 lease and into SUV

I got a bad deal on my current Audi A3 lease. Lease is up on May 2019. So I have a little over a year to go. But the car is too small for my upcoming needs and I need to get into a SUV.

Current pay off is: $28,470 (high I know!). It’s a 2016 Audi 2.0T quattro, S-Line sedan, advance key, 19 wheel pkg, sport suspension. It has 24k miles on it.

I want to get into a full size luxury SUV, such as a X5, XC90, F-Pace. Anything really that has a good deal going on.

Looking to spend up to $550 a month including CA tax. Is this even possible?

Does anyone know anyway to get this to happen?

It’s hard enough to get those SUVs at $550/month without rolling any negative equity, no way will you be able to get it with your A3 trade-in.

What’s your monthly payment? You could try to lease swap it but you remain liable with Audi. It could be possible to offer it up as a 1 pay if you’re willing to incentivize someone but as Jon said, a dealer trade will hurt.

Someone got a GLS or was it a GLE for around your number, but personally i think $550 including tax is pretty low, even more so with the registration going thru the roof…

Ok I am willing to put down $4k for drive off.

Are there any specials that can make this happen right now?

I’m open to any loaners/demo deals as well. Are there any special deals on 2017s?

I’m located in So-Cal.

GLE maybe GLS that would take a miracle.

You’re correct and it was a 2017, so even more so going for him, but if you wanted to check it out: AN ACTUAL STEAL DEAL: Mercedes GLE P2 loaner, 463 + tax, NORCAL. Fleet

Do you even know how much negative equity you have in your A3?

I would estimate about 7k…

It is the number of payments left times the payment amount.

Put it up on leaseswap with a $3k incentive and see if anybody is willing to pay 300 a month for a two year old A3?

Not a full size SUV like OP wants though, still pretty small inside the cabin. Not a lot of trunk space either. OP should consider the Jeep GC but not sure how well it leases. I’ve got one financed right now and love it.
