My license plate arrived the other day and I need to enter it into the ParkMobile app so I can pay for parking, but for the life of me I can’t tell if the character after the second D is a 0 or an O. I kinda think it’s a 0 since it doesn’t have the angles like the Q, but not sure if that’s just because it’s a Q
Notwithstanding it looks like my plate says DooDoo4, any ideas what that letter/number is?
Does not disqualify you from joining MENSA, nor holding any public office.
It helps to remember that Florida was written-off by Spain, in exchange for a pool of bad debts:
On Feb. 22, 1819, U.S. Secretary of State John Quincy Adams and Spanish minister Do Luis de Onis signed the Florida Purchase Treaty, in which Spain agreed to cede Florida to the United States. In exchange, the U.S. government assumed approximately $5 million of claims by U.S. citizens against Spain.
JQA was probably the smartest POTUS we will ever have, but he traded a paper swamp for a literal one, and got no nor . Intelligence can be its own kind of handicap.
