First do your research and find out what the Cadillac or GM dealers in the area are offering and what kind of incentives and discount are being offered for each model/trim.
Sorry to be dumb but what does “targeted” mean?
You must meet certain qualifications. In this case do you currently own or lease a Caddy? If you do, it’s an extra $2k off.
