I am new to this leasing stuff. Got a quote on Loaner vehicle
MSRP: $46,145
SP: $39,888
Mileage: 5,645
Color: Iridium Silver Metallic
**Monthly Payment: $349 + 9% tax = $380
**Cash Due at Signing: $2305 ($1645 down + first month, DMV and doc fee only)
**MSD: 0

**Months: 36
**Annual Mileage: 10000
**MF: 0.0003 (Tier 1 Credit)
**Residual: 59%

Is this a good deal?
I am trying to get my payments less than $350 with taxes.
Can someone advice me where can I do better?

This is a pretty good deal! I would not put anything down though.

Discount is not enough for a loaner.

That’s a terrible deal. You need a much bigger discount with it being a 2018 and loaner. Also, put 4 MSDs and roll everything else into the monthly.

Why can’t MSD be applied?

Even though I am keeping 4 MSD, it is just reducing my payment by $4 monthly, but I will end up paying $1600 as MSD.

4 MSDs should save you closer to $19/month. $1600 in MSDs to save almost $700 is a no-brainer in my book.
