Hello Hackers. I know I’m not the only on who is extremely frustrated with the current lease offerings locally. Not only are prices nearly double what I paid last August, but even if I wanted to pay through the nose there is almost no inventory on the ground.
So, I’d like to know what experience other Hackers have had with shipping deals from out of state.
Hoping this thread can also help other Hackers in similar situations.
What dealers and brokers offer or will help arrange shipping? I’ve contacted several that list “nationwide” in their profiles but when asked directly say they don’t ship.
What shipping companies have you had good or bad experiences with?
What’s the process of tax and registration like? I know it varies by state, but would appreciate any help in this area.
Any other pro tips, wins, or horror stories?
