My SoCal Volvo S90 T5 FWD Momentum deal

So, today for the first time in my life I’ve stepped into a “luxury” car and I think I’m quite happy with the deal and the car itself. I was going for a Kia Optima Hybrid EX with Tech (not a “luxury” vehicle) and had gotten to $750 drive off and $355.96 all taxes and fees included, but passed on it.

After doing some research and asking around on how to improve that deal @drtodd reached out to me and said he might be able to help. I took his help and pretty soon it was evident that we would not be able to match or improve the deal I had, so we began looking at other things and the S90 came up. He worked the deal until getting to where I signed today:

Volvo S90 T5 FWD Momentum with Momentum Plus Package, Heated Seats and Wheel, and 19" wheels.

MSRP $52,645
Selling price: $42,645 (-19% from MSRP)
Drive off: $ 894 (Taxes included)
Per month: $369.74 (no taxes) / $404.57 (taxes included)
MSDs: $1800 (4)
Incentives: Costco ($3,000) & Customer Cash ($2,694)
Miles: 10K/yr
Months: 36

While I realize other people have done better, I’d say this works for me. I’m also getting a $250 Costco Cash Card after I complete some survey that they are going to send.

Huge thanks to @drtodd for helping me put this together in California while sitting in another state.

With what is available out there today, could this have been improved?

That looks real solid. Beautiful car, too.

That’s a solid deal! The S90 is at the top of my list when my lease is up in Sept. Hope the deals are still around. Nice work

Glad you guys see it like that. Makes me more at ease. I felt like it was a good deal, but I wanted to get some feedback from the community.

Good thing nobody stopped by to say they got the same car for $200.

The lease prices will jump around based on the month bought. I am aiming for a T6 @ 400 but we will have to see what the deals look like in September.
