Received this from a dealer: Unfortunately, our system and our NMAC lease contracts are not set up to do MSD’s. In fact, as far as I have been made aware by our NMAC representative, MSDs are not something that are available in the state of Oregon.
Anyone know if this is correct?
I have done many deals with MSDs for Oregon residents … sounds like someone who has no clue on what they are doing

Volvo Eugene does, and they were willing to do some decent dealer discounting and so was Nissan Gladstone if that helps at all.
Seen this many times. Someone won’t do MSD and invents all sorts of reasons
If a dealer says they can’t/won’t do it, they look bad.
If they convince you the bank won’t let them do it, they look fine and you leave them alone.
