What does it say about paying off the trade?
I’ve heard and experienced bmw being shady with lease returns lately. They charged me for lot of damage that didn’t exist and took it from my msds. They couldn’t produce images of the damage also. They agreed to give me half the money they hit me for back. I just have to find time to call and continue to complain if I want the rest back.
Several clients had some erroneous charges from BMW lately as well. I reminded them that I owned 5 of their cars in 3 years and it was in their best interest to refund me since they couldn’t prove damages.
FYI this STILL isn’t totally remedied…may be close. I will provide an update when I know for sure…just in case anyone else goes through this.
